The Vini Suite

This open-plan apartment has an area of over 80 square metres and has a very high ceiling, giving the feeling of spaciousness, with its two large sofa beds it can sleep up to 6, (at an extra charge) but is priced for a minimum of 2 people only.

Access can be gained by taking the steps from the front garden, or directly from the rear garden and then gaining private access from the Nuri Balcony. A lovely feature of both apartments is the wooden beams that they contain, giving that wonderful atmosphere we all enjoy.

When entering and seeing the beams, the KING SIZE bed, the other furniture, the kitchen and the equipment, you will know why the apartments has the 'WOW Factor'.

Inside, there is an en-suite with all of the usual facilities you require. In the bedroom area, there is a very comfortable King Size bed and an extra large double wardrobe.

The lounge area, has a sofa-bed which can sleep an extra two guests if required, a television with satellite reception, a DVD player, a coffee table and a large carpet. Also, there is a Wireless Internet Connection, available FREE of Charge.

You can dine privately in the dining area, or if you wish on your own private balcony, you have the choice.

The dining table itself, can seat up to six people if required and has some nice surrounding decorative effects to enhance that romantic meal. The kitchen area should give guests everything they require to prepare and serve their meals.

The Kitchen is brand new, fitted in July this year, in it you will find a full size gas cooker, with four rings, large oven and grill, (the grill is electric). There is also a refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. In the cupboards, you will find all the cutlery, pots, pans, crockery, tools and storage containers, in fact everything that you should want.

The private balcony is smaller than the one in the Nuri apartment, (see the upstairs arches on the front of house photograph) it is accessible only from the apartment as previously mentioned. This balcony gives some lovely views of the village, the surrounding area and the Balkan mountains in the distance. Although this balcony is smaller than the large wooden one for the Nuri apartment, it can seat four people and catches the sun all day. But if you would prefer, you can sun yourself on the sun beds provided free in the rear walled garden.

Heating, should it be required, is provided by a number of radiators, which together with the hot water are powered by a log burning furnace and is of course included in the price.
