How to get there.
Transfers
We can organise to pick you up from the airport, (Sofia, Varna or Bourgas) by a Bulgarian taxi driver, who is a good driver and speaks English very well - direct to the Village, at a very good rate.
You can take a bus to Veliko Tarnovo (see our Links), Then by taxi to the village, (or we could pick you up ourselves if you prefer and we are available).
If you would like to drive yourself, we can recommend a car hire company.
Directions
From the South
Head towards Veliko Tarnovo on the road to Stara Zagora.
Exit this road at the junction to the village of Prisovo
Follow the directions given below for through the villages
From Veliko Turnovo
Take the road out of Veliko Tarnovo which is sign posted to Stara Zagora.
After about one kilometre, you pass this petrol station on your right (see picture 1).
You will begin to drive uphill and the road twists left then right, then left and right again.
Just before you reach the brow of the hill there is a fork in the road to the right and there is a signpost as shown in picture 2.
You should take this turning to the right, (this is approximately three kilometres outside of Veliko Tarnovo).
There is a car sales on your right and then you come to a 'T' junction, where you will see this sign pointing to the right for Elena as in picture 3 but you should turn left.
You will pass under a bridge, which is the main road you have just left, and you will come to a crossroads where you must go straight across, (a left turn would put you back on the main road but travelling back towards Veliko Turnovo.
Through the Villages
The road now takes a long ninety degrees turn to the right.
You will now stay on this road until you have almost completed your journey.
Drive straight ahead and pass through the first village, (Prisovo) see picture 4.
You will encounter a number of sharp corners, but stay on the same road.
After you have driven through Prisovo you will start to drive through the countryside, here you will see a fork in the road with a signpost under a tree, (see picture 5) keep to the same road which is the left fork.
You will then pass through another village, (Pchelishte) (see picture 6)
Quite soon after this, you arrive at the third village, which is our village of Tserova Koriya (see picture7).
As you arrive in the village, you will see a very large square with a church and in front of you are some shops, (see picture 8).
Turn left at the square and almost immediately left again, the second house along this lane is the unmistakable "Big White House".
